Fave Five for Friday

Since I’ve got my laptop back from repairs and mostly running, I thought I’d join in this week over at Susanne’s Friday favorites. It’s been a while since I’ve done this one, let’s see if I remember how it’s done!
1. My favorite thing that’s happened recently….finding ALL my pictures on my external drive that I thought I’d lost when my laptop crashed! Yay!
2. Having hubby home again after a business trip.
3. Books; specifically this week the Sunrise series by Karen Kingsbury. It’s the last of her books about the Baxter family and I think I’ll be sad to finish the last one.
4. A cup of spice tea at night while reading.
5. Some of my reality shows starting back up this week! I’m a junkie and might need help.
But it will be fun to see Amazing Race again, along with a few others.
What’s been your favorite things this week?
I hope y’all have a fun weekend and good Valentine’s day!

So much fun to read your FFF! Oh, I would be so scared if my external hard drive crashed!! I need to be better about putting the photos on CDs, but I get lazy!
Hope you have a great weekend and wonderful Valentine’s Day! Dana
I finished that whole series last fall and you are right … it was sad to have no more. She cranks those books out like crazy though, so perhaps she’ll start something new.
I am so glad you did not lose all those precious pictures.
Have a happy V-Day and a great weekend.
Amazing Race, Survivor, The Apprentice….hooray friend…i cannot wait!
Mmmmm, spice tea and a good book! That would make me happy too.
Getting your photos back rates right up there as #1!
I love, love, love the Amazing Race! I’ve already got the PVR set to record. it.
I’ve read the Redemption Series by Karen Kingsbury. I think I want to read it again just to refresh my memory before I start in with the rest of her series that are linked to it.
Thanks for joining in Gail. It was great to read your faves.
Those are all good things! I’m glad you didn’t lose photos too. Be sure to keep them backed up from now on
We watched Survivor last night but prob won’t watch race. Idol will finally start getting good now. If the two drama queens go home soon, that is!
I might have to have some tea later, I just had a big mug of hot cocoa
I haven’t read that series, but now I’m really curious!
The only reality shows I end up lately getting sucked into is in the spring when HGTV and the Food Network have their “next stars” eliminations!
I haven’t read those series, I need to because I love Karen Kingsbury
I love the reality shows too!
So glad you found the photos you thought you had lost! That would be heartbreaking - I know, believe me.
I don’t have a TV signal anymore, but I do miss Amazing Race and Survivor.
I was sad to finish the Sunrise series too. And, I know you are SO glad to find those pictures! Have a great Valentine’s Day!
