We were gone all weekend and when we got home last night, Don turned on the air conditioning to the upstairs rooms! Come on, it’s only March, do we really need to have it running now? It is hot upstairs but I thought maybe we could go without it for a while longer because we will probably have to run it until at least October here in the south! We could open windows and turn on the fans maybe, if he’ll agree to it.
Has anyone else turned theirs on yet?

NO! We probably should have turned ours on here, it got really hot in the house yesterday. I always resist as long as I can every year, because I know it will run for the next 6-8 months. I believe I blogged last year about the first time I had to turn it on for me (I can go a lot longer than Tim!). I’d have to look it up to check the date.
Thankfully, it’s cooler today. The house has cooled down a lot, and I hope it stays that way. It’s just too early to turn on the AC yet!

I agree! but he turned it on anyway; it is cooler today so maybe I can turn it back off.

Ours has been on quite a few times this year already! Neithr of us like to get hot, so if it’s hot which it has been a good bit lately, it’s on. Of course we are a little farther south than you….It gets hotter down here!
