I can’t seem to find the time to post or blog visit. So a quick list it is for today!

* We went to see the new Indiana Jones movie over the weekend…..enjoyed it pretty much and thought it was a typical Indy movie and kinda fun. A few things toward the end were a little weird though!
* The sewing is coming along, but not as fast as I need it to be. One set of burp cloths went in the mail yesterday but 2 more need to be done, plus a baby blanket.
* I’m starting to get panicky about bible school! Outrigger island is the theme this year and our room is supposed to be like the inside of a hut. Decorating is not my thing and I have no ideas! I need help.
* We have had more than our share of rain, thank you very much! Enough already and please quit. Terrible thunder and lightening shook the house and woke me up about 4:30 this morning.

When we came out of the movie the other night, this was in the sky just down the road………..

I love seeing rainbows. And we kept seeing while driving down the road, so I kept clicking out the car window.

I’ve gotta get back to trying to figure out a hut, and hoping that tomorrow brings blue skies! And a more finished feeling about bible school!

Wow! That must have been some rainbow for you to get a photo! I am never successful with that!

Beautiful rainbow! We saw one over the weekend, but it was very faint and mixed in with the clouds, so I couldn’t get a good picture. Bet it was the same time – Saturday evening early?

Hope VBS goes well, you’ll get it all done, and the sewing too. Don’t sweat the small stuff 🙂

Ok you’re tired of the rain and I’m loving it. (I know I’m strange…hehe) We’ve had rain all morning but hubby said we didn’t get a drop at our house 🙁

Ok love love love the picture of the rainbow!!!!

I love seeing rainbows! Maybe someday I’ll find the pot of gold at the end of one. Yeah, right!

That is our same theme for bible school. Although I’m not helping this year. I’m helping next year. Miller isn’t old enough to teach yet so when he can go as a 3 year old I want to teach his age….sorry..but if I hear of any decor info I will pass it along.

    Gail,

Our chruch is doing Outrigger Island also for our summer Music Camp. Ours will start June 9, and they will have their musicals on Friday June 20 and Sunday June 22. Three of my kiddos are going to be performing this year, and the oldest is going to be a small group leader. So I will have 3 hours (actually close to 4 hours from the time they are all picked up to the time they are all dropped off) all by myself! you can absolutely guarantee that I’m going to have the praise music cranked up and just shouting my praises to the Lord!!!! I can’t wait! 🙂

    Blessings to you!
    Lori

I feel the exact same way. I’m so thankful the sun is out today! I was starting to get gloomy myself! My daughter keeps wanting to water her plants, and I keep reminding her that the soil is wet enough–it only poured for 3 days straight!

Nice pictures…I love rainbows. Good luck getting caught up – I am woefully behind on just about everything!
