My sis Stacy and her hubby Tim are the computer experts around here! I’ve been visiting them for a day or so, shopping is always on my agenda when I’m here! But I also forced talked Tim into helping me a little bit last night on working with gimp, which I’d downloaded to my computer. Last week I put up Katelyn’s picture in her pink boots; then my DIL Shanna told me that Ava Clair has the SAME pink boots! How fun. She sent me some pictures and wanted to see if I’d splice the 2 girls together into one pic….which I don’t really know how to do. So Tim showed me a few things and we fiddled around with the pictures for a while. My first attempts are pretty crude and maybe not what Shanna had in mind but I had fun working with it.
The background picture was taken by Stacy and was a really good one of a trail out in the woods; thanks Stacy for letting me use it as a background for little girls with their pink boots!
And thanks Tim, the computer wizard!

Okay, I thought gimp was upholstery trim. Shows what I know about computers, huh?
But I think you did a wonderful job! And how adorable is it that they both have the same boots?!!

Look at you, the computer guru! I have NO idea how to do this, so you and Tim will have to teach me. I’m glad the background photo worked for you. I took that in Gatlinburg last summer 🙂 The girls are so cute, love their pink cowboy boots and they are sooooo adorable. Of course, I’m biased.

I’m impressed! To have a photo of someone in pink boots, they’d have to be actually wearing them – no way could I figure that out!

How adorable. I just love their pink boots….I wouldnt mind having a pair.
