We’ve been studying parables at church recently and last weekend while watching a movie we heard this quote by Malcolm Muggeridge:
“Every happening, great and small, is a parable whereby God speaks to us, and the art of life is to get the message.�
I’m not familiar with Muggeridge but both of us really liked the quote and D used it in his sunday school lesson too.
God speaks, and I need to listen.

Wow, that is a wonderful way to approach life… and so true too. We get so bogged down with life sometimes to be still and listen to God. He does move in our lives and speak to us through our ‘happenings’…
I need to listen more too!

I love that quote. My uncle uses it as his signature on all his emails. Now I know the more about this quote 🙂
