Monday………Baked fish, smashed potatoes, broccoli
Tuesday……..Lemon pepper pork tenderloin, roasted sweet potatoes, green beans
Wednesday….church supper
Thursday……Chicken pot pie, corn on cob, salad
Friday………..leftovers, because I don’t think we can eat all this food without having leftovers!

I’m trying once again to whittle down some of the food I have put up in my freezer, so not trying anything new this week. Sometimes I don’t always remember what’s in my freezer. Then I might buy several items on sale that I already have frozen and end up with more than I realized. I probably need some system for knowing exactly what’s there! Hmmm, might have to reorganize the big freezer this week 😆
Be sure to visit the queen of organizing, Laura to see who else has planned menus this week….you might get some good ideas and new recipes too!

I love going through the freezer and try to make up different meals without leaving the house. I ended up making a great burger that way once with onions, blue cheese crumbles and a few odds-n-ends from what I had on hand. Now, I can’t recreate it!

HOW do you people not only plan but actually cook such good meals? I think I’m doing good if I make one decent meal a week! This looks absolutely yummy. I should just piggyback on some of your menus, I guess!!

I really need to clean out my freezer to find out what’s in there. I’m sure I’ve bought things that I already have in there. Your menus look great.

Mmmm…I love sweet potatoes, but I’ve never tried them roasted…sounds good!

Mmm, pork tenderloin and chicken pot pie, yummy! It all sounds really good. Do you have a system for storing stuff in your freezer? I don’t keep a sheet or anything, but I do try to put certain foods on certain shelves. Chicken on one, veggies on one, etc. It helps me keep up with what I have, that and my horrendous memory 🙂

Yum, yum, yum! Chicken pot pie…haven’t had that in ages. Need to remedy that, I think.

I would love a good recipe for chicken pot pie. We tried one from southern living once, but is was so difficult, we never wanted to do it again. Maybe you could send me your recipe, if it’s simple! Your week looks good-you are always so good to get fish in. I never do that.

if you don’t recognize the face at the table for Monday’s dinner, that’s just me. that sounds so good right now, for some reason.

I definitely understand about not knowing what’s in the freezer. I have to check mine every couple of days so I don’t buy duplicate items.
