Saw that sister Stacy played this again and I had fun with it the last time I did it, so I’m having a go at it too!

Rules: Using the THIRD letter of your MIDDLE name, provide a word that describes each phrase.

My letter: I

Names used in the bible: Isaiah
Junk food: Ice cream cone
Things that grow: Ivy
Companies: Ikea
Articles of clothing: Inverness…..had to look this up, it’s a cape or overcoat in Scotland
Desserts: Italian cream cake
Car Parts: Ignition
Things Found on a Map: Illinois
Athletes: Isiah Thomas
4-letter words: inch, itch, idol
Items in a refrigerator: Iceberg lettuce
Farm Animals: Insects…..not really an animal I guess but best I could do!
Street Names: Independence Avenue
Things at the beach: Igloo cooler
Colors: Indigo
Tools: Ice pick
Heroes: Isaac, I chose a Bible hero…..or Indiana Jones, fictional
Gifts/presents: Ink pen
Terms of endearment: I love you…..only thing I could come up with!
Kinds of dances: Irish jig

I thought this was hard using “I”, which is the 3rd letter of my middle name. I would have rather done “E”….which is the 3rd letter of my maiden name that I use now but since Stacy and I have the same maiden name and she used it, I decided to be a little different!

Hope some of you will play along too; let me know so I can come check out your answers!

  1. Stacy Says:

Ooh, great answers Gail! You could have done E also, I wouldn’t mind. I had a hard time coming up with them though, and couldn’t even give an answer for one of them. You did great with I, which I imagine is equally as hard, if not harder.

Good answers, glad you played along 🙂

  2. Stacy (the other one) Says:

I’m glad you played this. I would have had to use “i” and I couldn’t come up with answers for most of them. Glad to see real answers! 🙂

  3. Debi Says:

I started doing this but am having a hard time coming up with answers. My letter is ‘N’. I may keep working on it and see if I can come up with stuff.

  4. Claire Says:

this is my letter, too! At first I thought it was going to be “z” but quickly realized that was the FOURTH letter – Elizabeth! You did a good job…I think I’ll let your list count for mine! 🙂

  5. Nancy Carson Says:

“I” would be hard… but you did a great job! I love your menus. SO organized!
