Laura at Organizing Junkie is still out of town and not posting this Monday but this helps me stay on track for shopping. And when it’s four or five in the afternoon, I know what to fix for supper! So here’s what I sort of have planned for this week.

Monday……..Ranchero Catfish, haven’t decided on side dishes yet!
Tuesday…….Chicken Brunswick Stew
Wednesday…Church supper
Thursday……Baked Salmon, veggies
Friday……….Creamy Turkey Pie
weekend…….Chicken Fajita Pizza, unless we eat out 😆

The catfish, stew and turkey dish are all new recipes. I did another catfish one recently, Cheesey Catfish, that was so good and I think I haven’t gotten the recipe put up so will have to work on that for later.

Yum, that all sounds really good! Kudos to you for trying new recipes… I am probably going to stick to “tried and true” ones until after the holidays. I’m such a wimp 🙂

Let me know how all the new ones turn out, and post the recipes if they are good. And that cheesey catfish one too! 🙂

I did the menu plan this week too! It seems to help keep me on target when I do that! It saves money too.

You and Stacy are both making turkey pot pies this week! I’ve been wanting another one!

I’ll have to look up chicken brunswick stew, as I am not familiar with that one!

    Have a wonderful week!

At least you’re honest enough to admit this is “sort of” your plan. Cracked me up.

You obviously live in the south. I would not waste my time cooking the catfish we have available in Colorado. Tried it one time – one time only – in a restaurant and it was disgusting. I love catfish. I grew up on it!
