Laura over at Orgjunkie hosts this each week and I decided to give this a try! I’ve been just posting at Stacy’s site (sis) what I was doing for the week but I’ll try it here this time. Sometimes we are subject to change at the last minute, but here’s what it looks like for the moment.
Monday………..Grilled salmon, veggies, creamed potatoes
Tuesday………..Tomato tart, salad
Wednesday…….Family night supper @church
Thursday……….Tuna & cannellini bean salad, corn on the cob
Friday……………Deer steaks, veggie, salad
Saturday………..Quesadillas
Sunday………….not sure!

That sounds good, and you’ll have to tell me how you do the tuna and bean salad. Sounds good, and I would love it, but not sure about Tim.
If you guys come to the golf tournament or to shop or to play golf, you’ll have to shelve some of this until next week!!!

We do church night too. I love tortilla soup we make taco soup I’m sure its the same thing.

I love salmon…but my family doesn’t. So I thought I’d head over to your place tonight…when’s dinner?? lol!!
We used to have Wednesday night dinners at church…in fact my husband and I were in charge of it. When we had to be out of town for awhile (with a sick child)we of course weren’t able to keep it up…and no one stepped up to keep it going! I hope someone will be willing to get it going again…it won’t be us…we’re tired! lol!!

Glad you decided to participate this week! Have you made the tomato tart before? I have that recipe before, but haven’t yet tried it. I think it came from a Paula Deen book? Anyhow, quesadillas…….SO YUM!
