Movie - The Break-Up
We went to see this movie at the theater in early June 2006 with Don and Gail. It has 2 really big name stars (Jennifer Anniston and Vince Vaughan) and the previews looked funny, so I was really hoping it was going to be a good comedy. I'm afraid I was a bit disappointed. It had some funny parts, but not nearly enough for my taste. It had more arguments and shouting matches than I would have preferred. I go to the movies to be entertained, not to sit in my seat and watch two people yelling at each other over and over and over.
I'd only rate this a 4 or 5 out of 10 stars. Possibly a rental, but we probably won't rent it since we've seen it and I doubt we would ever buy it. It's not good enough to see one time through, much less more.
