DVD - Cold Mountain
Tim and I rented Cold Mountain on DVD in late July 2004. We did NOT like this movie. Others have commented to us how much they really like it, but we did not enjoy it that much. It was too much like Legends of the Fall, which we also were very disillusioned with. We don't particularly enjoy movies that have bad event after bad event after bad event, with no positive outcome at the end.
We did however, enjoy Renee Zellweger and her character, she was a hoot!
Just our humble opinion, I'm sure a lot of the rest of you have or will enjoy this movie!
