Season and flour each pork chop. Brown in hot oil or shortening in a skillet. Put browned chops in crockpot and add 1T (or more) Italian dressing for each pork chop. Cook on low for 2-4 hours, or till they reach desired doneness.
Stacy's Notes - I have been making these for years and years. Very easy and pretty good recipe. I always use bone-in chops, brown them well, and then cover them in Italian dressing (more than 1 Tablespoon each!!). The meat is falling off the bone at the end, so they don't make a great presentation...
