Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs -- beaten
4 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix egg, butter & buttermilk. Pour into dry ingredients & mix. Pour 1 cup onto waffle iron.

Stacy's Notes - These were good! For my waffle iron, you need to spray both the top and bottom (top especially) really well with cooking spray before pouring batter on. Don't add 1 cup of the mixture, about a 1/2 cup at most; just eyeball it. We liked these, they were very light and flavorful. With my waffle iron, you have to cook them about 20-30 seconds after the light goes off to get them done completely! :)
